About Us

Hi, I’m Lynne Pitzer owner of Southern Home and Gifts, a Southern girl raised in Aiken, South Carolina.  My family currently lives in Lexington.

I’m a proud Navy mom as of May 8, 2017. I have a very supportive husband, a fur baby named Shadow and a full-time job as a CFO at a nonprofit organization (that I love) in Columbia, South Carolina.  I now have the opportunity to work on my lifelong dream of having my own business.  Southern Home and Gifts is just getting started (our launch was April 2018) and I am so excited you are here so take a look around.  Feel free to send me your feedback on the site.

I have a passion for home decor, fashion, travel, and lifestyle on a budget.  I value good quality and great service in all things as I think most people do.  I was raised saying please and thank you and still enjoy those same traditions on both the giving and receiving end.  Don’t you?  All of these values are woven throughout Southern Home and Gifts.

The inventory you’ll find on our website is based on brand integrity, product uniqueness, value, beauty, and functionality.  We carry a wonderful mix of classic and affordable home decor, seasonal items, gifts and much more.  I want our store to be the one place you turn to repeatedly for quality products and first-rate customer service. Grab a glass of sweet tea or cup of joe and stay a while so you can get to know us and be sure to sign up for our email list while you are here.

Our mission is to provide affordable effortless style our customers fall in love with every day.

Our vision is to inspire families to love where they live and we want to accomplish this with quality products, customer commitment, respect for ALL people, and good citizenship by giving back to the community in which we live.

Our first giving project: Palmetto Health Children’s Hospital through Palmetto Health Foundation Festival of Trees

We offer local delivery within 25 miles of Lexington with a minimum purchase.  We look forward to your visit and helping you soon.
